I landed in Cyprus on a warm Saturday afternoon. You would think so, too, entering Ouzeri on Wale Street in Cape Town. It is an Eat Out starred restaurant that is small and quaint but loud and proud in its embrace of the Mediterranean's bold, rich, hearty flavour.
