OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Norman Police says officers are investigating an incident in the 1000 block of W Brooks following a request for a welfare check at approximately 3:00 p.m.

This is near Brooks and Pickard.

Brooks Street is closed, drivers should find an alternative route.

Authorities say, there is no threat to public safety.
