Two charged with attempted grand larceny at Washington County Fair
GREENWICH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of two people after a theft investigation. Octavian Dudley, 18, of Watervliet, and Tyreem Gardner, 20, of Ballston Spa, were both charged with third-degree attempted grand larceny.
Dudley and Gardner are accused of attempting to steal a maintenance cart valued at more than $3,000 from the Washington County Fair Grounds on August 20. The pair was reported stopped by employees of the fair in the event's parking lot.
Following their arrest, the two were released on appearance tickets. They are scheduled to appear at the Town of Easton Court at a later date.
