Amsterdam is dealing with an unusual issue: an overabundance of potted plants. Residents' enthusiasm for greenery has led to a campaign called 'Operation Plant Pot' to limit each household to two flowerpots, no larger than 50 cm x 50 cm, made of sustainable materials.
