Chief Executive Officer of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Dr. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, has defended Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, stating that he bears no responsibility for any perceived mismanagement of the country 39;s affairs.
