A tragic accident in Mulund (East) resulted in the death of a 33-year-old man and left another critically injured. The incident occurred when a BMW collided with scaffolding, causing it to collapse. The driver, Shakti Alag, fled the scene but was later apprehended. Investigations are ongoing.
