Raft Cosmic EV, part of the Kolkata-based Cosmic Birla Group, is investing Rs 50 crore to set up a new electric scooter manufacturing plant in Domjur, West Bengal. The plant will have an annual capacity of 12,000 e-scooters and aims to boost the group's total capacity to 18,000 units by FY'25.
