COLUMBUS — Ohio Supreme Court Justice Jennifer Brunner on Monday rejected a request from Attorney General Dave Yost’s office that she recuse herself from a pending case challenging the language that would greet voters on Nov. 5 describing a proposed constitutional amendment overhauling the redistricting process.
