Aam Aadmi Party has released its first list of 20 candidates for the Haryana elections, amid a deadlock over seat-sharing with Congress. AAP had demanded 10 seats but was offered only three by Congress. The last date for filing nominations is September 12, with polling scheduled for October 5.
