$270K in additional parks department funding recommended for security, cleanup by La Crosse committee

The Finance & Personnel Committee of the La Crosse City Council agreed to spend $270,000 from the contingency fund for cleanup and security at the city's parks and parking ramps. The resolution goes to the full city council Sept. 12.
