Three arrested after police seize 2kg of cocaine in Limassol

Three people were arrested on Wednesday in connection after more than 2kg of cocaine were seized in Limassol, police said.

A vehicle that a 33-year-old was driving was pulled over, and he was found to have a bag containing the drugs.

Police arrested him and after he was questioned, another two people were arrested in connection with the case.

They are expected to head to court for a remand order on Thursday.
