Oklahoma City Thunder Fan Fest to be held at Scissortail Park

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — With the 2024-2025 NBA season a month away, the Oklahoma City Thunder are ready to get fans roaring for the upcoming season by hosting Thunder Fan Fest.

The event is free and will be held on Sunday, October 6, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Scissortail Lower Park.

The event will include live music, food trucks, and many interactive activities for fans of all ages.

Those in attendance will have a chance to win different prizes. One of the prizes, includes a trip for two to watch the Thunder kick-off the regular season in Denver against the Nuggets on October 24.

Fan Fest will have three different zones for fans to participate in:

• Entertainment Zone
  • Fans can watch and meet Thunder Entertainers in action, catch a drumline showdown between local high schools, and vibe with live music throughout the evening. There will be photo opportunities and a 21+ city garden.
• Fan Zone
  • Fans can engage in creative art installations, airbrush tattoos, games, inflatables and more.
• Fitness Zone
  • For those looking to amp up their fitness routine, they can participate in adult fitness classes. Also, compete in 3v3 basketball or adult pickleball tournaments.
    • Both the 3v3 basketball and adult pickleball tournaments require pre-registration fees.

A Thunder Fan Fest Prize Pass can be claimed online, doubling fans' chances at winning exclusive prizes. Passes must be brought to the event and scanned at a digital kiosk to be entered for the chance to win the prizes, including the Thunder Fan Flyaway.
