Futwork raises Rs 21 crore in round led by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Artha Venture Fund

The funds will be used for scaling the product and launching AI-driven solutions to offer full-stack customer communication across voice, chat, email, and WhatsApp, while also expanding into international markets, Futwork said in a release.
