Sanju Samson Trolled on Social Media as he Flops in Duleep Trophy: ‘Proves Selectors Right’
Sanju Samson was given a big opportunity by the selectors in order to do well in Test cricket and secure a place in Test squad before the start of the test season. The wicketkeeper-batter was given a place in the India D squad for the tournament, and made his debut in the second round.
A lot was expected from his debut, though he failed nonetheless. Samson managed to score only 5 runs in six balls before he got dismissed. Samson has been constantly found fumbling on the opportunities given by the selectors, and he failed to score yet again.
People on X trolled Samson for his below-expected play and one of them said that he proved his selectors right as he failed on his Dtrophy debut.
