Realty firm Gaurs Group is set to invest around Rs 1,600 crore in a new luxury housing project in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The project, 'Gaur NYC Residences', has already sold all 1,216 apartments within three days of its launch. The company attributes the strong demand to its credibility and track record in the Delhi-NCR region.
