Iran Army Cmdr. meets Intl Committee of Red Cross official

TEHRAN, Sep. 15 (MNA) – Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander of Iranian Army Force for Coordination Affairs Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari held talks with Vice-president of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Gilles Carbonnier in China.
