Nisus Finance, in partnership with BCD Group, has raised ₹450 crore for its first real estate fund. The firm aims to close the final fundraising by the end of this financial year. The fund focuses on mid-income and affordable housing projects, targeting an internal rate of return of 18-22% over five years.
