Municipal leaders in Vancouver for the annual convention for the Union of B.C. municipalities

More than 2,200 municipal leaders from the province's cities and towns are in Vancouver this week. It’s for the annual convention for the Union of B.C. municipalities. As Chad Pawson reports, this year’s conference comes just a month before the provincial election. Which means this annual meeting is extra spicey.
