Urgent appeal to find two missing girls, 14 and 15, ‘believed to be together’ as cops desperately search for pair

COPS have issued an urgent appeal to find two vulnerable missing girls believed to be together.

Masoumeh, 15, and Leah, 14, failed to return to their homes on Monday evening in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Leah is described as being white, 5ft 3in tall, with shoulder length blonde hair and dark roots.

She was last seen wearing a blue spaghetti strap dress and a beige cropped puffer coat, the force said.

While Masoumeh is of southeast Asian heritage, around 5ft 7in tall, slim build, with long straight black hair.

She was last seen wearing a black dress and carrying a grey bag, North Yorkshire Police added.

Enquiries and searches are ongoing in the Harrogate area.

They also have connections in the Malton, Leeds and Bradford areas and usually travel by bus and train.

Any immediate sightings should be reported to 999 to ensure police can quickly confirm the girls are safe.
