Neovantage Innovation Parks, located in Hyderabad's Genome Valley, has secured a Rs 300 crore green loan from HSBC India to refinance its existing debt. The company, a joint venture between Ivanhoe Cambridge and Lighthouse Canton, aims to maintain an environmentally responsible real estate portfolio. This marks HSBC India's first green loan in the life sciences real estate sector.
