Sergeyenko: No formalism, red tape in work with citizens' petitions

There should be no formalism and red tape when dealing with citizens' petitions, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Igor Sergeyenko said at a sitting of the second session of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus of the eighth convocation on 17 September.
