The Calcutta High Court has asked the West Bengal government to clarify its stance on allowing a rally by the CPI(M) youth wings at Esplanade. The state assured that prohibitory orders cover only a small area and won't affect Durga Puja celebrations. The court will hear the case again on Monday.
