Washington shooting suspect found and arrested in Clackamas County
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The suspect in a Washington shooting was arrested in Clackamas County on Tuesday, authorities said.
According to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a shooting in Graham, just south of Tacoma, where two people were shot.
Deputies arriving at the scene said they found a man on the ground who had been shot and they were told that another victim had been driven to a nearby fire station.
The man at the scene was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. However, police said he was expected to survive. The other victim was later declared dead at the scene.
Officials said they learned that a dispute had started over a motorcycle, which led to the two men being shot and the suspect fleeing the scene.

The day after the shooting, Oregon State Police said they were contacted by Pierce County about the incident and told the suspect was believed to be in Oregon.
The suspect was quickly found in Clackamas County and taken into custody while waiting for extradition back to Washington.
The man faces charges including two counts of second-degree murder, first-degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm.
