One dead following 'family violence' incident in Pflugerville

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (KXAN) — The Pflugerville Police Department said one person died Thursday following reports of a disturbance.

PPD said officers responded to the 17900 block of Altesino Cove and found one person injured. Life-saving measures were performed, but the person died.

According to police, a suspect was taken into custody at the scene, and a weapon was also recovered by law enforcement.

Pflugerville Police said the incident was an isolated case of "family violence," and the investigation was still in its early stages.
