Uttar Pradesh police have filed a 3200-page chargesheet against 11 individuals in connection with the July 2 Hathras stampede, which resulted in 121 fatalities. Notably absent from the chargesheet is Suraj Pal, the organiser of the event. The court hearing is scheduled for October 4.
