China's latest central bank measures are among the broadest and most direct moves that have been observed, Marvin Chen, equity strategist at Bloomberg Intelligence, told Bloomberg TV. The market no longer needs to question whether China is being responsive following a series of policy announcements by the People's Bank of China last week, said Chen.
