At the beginning of October, the Estonian Stockpiling Agency signed agreements with Coop, Lidl, Grossi Toidukaubad, Rimi and Selver to establish 27 crisis stores across a dozen counties. For security reasons, the locations of these crisis stores will not be disclosed.
