Putin to present Lukashenko with Russia's highest state award
Russian President Vladimir Putin will present Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko with the Order of St Andrew the Apostle the First-Called, Russia's highest state award, during a solemn ceremony on 9 October. The ceremony will follow the bilateral talks, Yury Ushakov, aide to Russia's president, said at a briefing on 7 October.
