Independent candidate Savitri Jindal is leading from Hisar assembly seat in Haryana, surpassing Congress candidate Ram Niwas Rara by 3,836 votes and outperforming BJP's Kamal Gupta. The vote counting started at 8 am, following the October 5 assembly elections.
