Nine Hibees On International Duty!
Nine Hibernian FC players will represent their nations during the October international break.
Hyyeokyu Kwon
Kwon has received his first call up to the Korea senior squad after his impressive performances for the Hibees.
The central midfielder has been capped up to Under-23 level and received his first call up by Hong Myung-bo for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
The Korea National Team will face Jordan (Thursday 10 October, 3pm UK time KO), and Iraq (Tuesday 15 October, 12 noon UK time KO) during the break. They currently sit second in their Third Round Group B.
Lewis Miller
Lewis Miller was named in Tony Popovic’s inaugural Socceroos squad after he was appointed at the end of September.
The Australian National Team will face China (Thursday 10 October, 10.10am UK time kick-off), and Japan (Tuesday 15 October, 11.35am UK time kick-off) in their next two World Cup qualifiers.
They currently sit fifth in Third Round Group A, looking for their first win during this qualifying round.
Lewis Miller currently has six caps for his nation.
Nathan Moriah-Welsh
Nathan Moriah-Welsh has, once again, been selected for Guyana as they continue their CONCACAF Nations League campaign.
They will face Guatemala (Saturday 12 October, 2am UK time kick-off) and Suriname (Wednesday 16 October, 1am UK time kick-off).
Guyana currently sit fifth in their group picking up one point from their first two games.
Moriah-Welsh has currently earned 18 caps and scored three goals.
Rocky Bushiri
Rocky Bushiri will be looking to add to his two DR Congo caps in the upcoming international break.
The Leopards will face Tanzania home and away with the games taking place on Thursday 10 October (5pm UK time kick-off), and Tuesday 15 October (2pm UK time kick-off).
DR Congo currently top their African Cup of Nations qualifying group after they beat Guinea and Ethiopia in September.
Nohan Kenneh
Nohan Kenneh has been called up by Liberia for the current international break.
The defensive midfielder currently has 12 caps, and will be looking to add to them in their upcoming matches against Equatorial Guinea. They will face them on Friday (11 October, 2pm UK time kick-off), and Monday (14 October, 5pm UK time kick-off).
Liberia currently sit fourth in their qualifying group, having picked up one point in two games.
Murray Johnson
Murray Johnson will be looking to earn his first Scotland U21 cap this October.
The Young Scots will face Belgium (Friday 11 October, 7pm UK time kick-off), and Kazakhstan (Tuesday 15 October, 5pm UK time kick-off).
Scotland’s Under-21s currently sit second in their qualifying group with 16 points from eight games.
Rudi Molotnikov
Rudi Molotnikov has, once again, been called up to Scotland’s Under-19s for their upcoming friendlies against Hungary.
The matches will take place on Thursday (10 October, 3pm UK time kick-off), and Sunday (13 October, 11am UK time kick-off).
Neil MacFarlane is using this latest camp as preparation for Scotland's Under-19 European Championship qualifiers which take place in November.
Molotnikov has nine caps for the U19s, and scored three goals.
Arran McSporran and Ben Vickery
Arran McSporran and Ben Vickery have been called up to Scotland's U16 squad for the Victory Shield.
The Young Scots will face the Republic of Ireland (Tuesday 8 October, 11.30am UK time kick-off), Nothern Ireland (Thursday 10 October, 11.30am UK time kick-off), and Wales (Sunday 13 October, 3.30pm UK time kick-off).
