Recognizing Miles' Mission's role in infant loss advocacy
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- NBC 4 anchor Jennifer Bullock spent Monday afternoon in front of Columbus City Council, where members read a resolution recognizing October as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and honoring the role of Miles’ Mission.
Jenn and her family started the charity after her son Miles was stillborn three years ago this week.
This also comes as the organization gears up for a one-mile walk this weekend at Genoa Park.
The P.A.I.L. (Pregnancy and Infant Loss) Remembrance and Awareness Walk offers community support for those experiencing loss, honoring all of the babies missed and loved.
The walk is this Saturday, Oct. 12, at 10:30 a.m.
