TGI Fridays in Clifton Park permanently closes

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- TGI Fridays, located at 1 Southside Drive in Clifton Park, has permanently closed its doors. The closure was confirmed to NEWS10 by an employee at the restaurant.

According to the employee, the restaurant's last day was Sunday, October 6. In January, the restaurant chain closed its location in Stuyvesant Plaza.

In the Capital Region, only one TGI Fridays remains in Wilton. As of 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the Clifton Park location was still listed on the TGI Fridays website, however online ordering was unavailable.

A TGI Fridays spokesperson has not yet responded to NEWS10's request for comment.
