A Tel Aviv rooftop garden tells the survival stories of Israel's displaced farmers

The project by the Asif Culinary Institute invited farmers from Israel's north and south to plant crops meaningful to them on a rooftop plot in Tel Aviv – to tell their stories and help plant new roots
