Cummings Commits to Dartmouth
The Prince George Spruce Kings would like to congratulate centre Brock Cummings on his commitment to Dartmouth College.
Cummings is currently in his 2nd BCHL season, and first in Prince George, where he has 2 assists in 4 games, taking key face offs in all facets of the game. Last season with the Cowichan Valley Capitals, Cummings put up 16 goals and added 18 assts in 54 games.
Brock Cummings: “Being able to get an Ivy League education and play NCAA Division I Hockey at the same time is something I’ve dreamed of doing for a long time.”
Head Coach Alex Evin: “We are very proud of Brock. He and his family are very deserving of this achievement,” said Head Coach Alex Evin. “We look forward to working with him to develop his skills as a player to prepare him for college hockey.”
With this commitment, the Spruce Kings have 13 players on the current roster committed to NCAA Division I schools.
