News24 | Zero bucket toilets replaced in 3 years despite hundreds of millions in funding

The Department of Water and Sanitation has failed to replace a single bucket toilet system in formal settlements over the past three years, despite being allocated hundreds of millions of rands to do so, the office of the Auditor-General has said.
