Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla dismissed Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi's statement about drones spotted on the India-China border in Kinnaur district. Negi suggested the drones might be used for espionage. Shukla emphasized that border security is a matter for the Union Government. The governor considered Negi's statement unjustified and inappropriate.
