Suspect held after Dunning SWAT standoff
A man was in custody after allegedly causing a SWAT standoff Sunday night in Dunning on the Northwest Side.
Around 8:30 p.m., officers, including a SWAT team were called to the 3800 block of North Oconto Avenue for an armed person was inside a residence, Chicago police said.
A couple of hours later, the person was detained and a firearm was recovered, police said.
No further details were immediately available.
