Rachkov: Eurasia should become a donor of stability, security

The meeting took stock of the IPU Executive Committee meeting on the amendments to the IPU statute and rules. The participants discussed the main documents and events of the 149th IPU Assembly in order to coordinate the positions of the delegations of the member states on the issues submitted for consideration.
