Train car runs off the tracks in north Topeka
TOPEKA (KSNT) - Law enforcement is reporting a train derailment in north Topeka Monday morning.
Abigail Christian with the Shawnee County Sheriff's Office told 27 News that local law enforcement received a call regarding a train derailment around 10:40 a.m. on Oct. 14 in the area of Northwest Curtis Street and Northwest Tyler Street. A 27 news reporter visited the area and found a single car had slipped off the tracks.
