AMELIA, La. (KLFY) -- Three men have been arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with a fight in Amelia early Saturday, authorities said.
Miguel Chub-Sub, 35, German Chub-Sub, 32, and Rolando Chub-Sub, 23, all of Amelia, are each charged with attempted second degree murder.
A St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office detective received a report of a fight on Martin Lane in Amelia involving multiple people, with a gun and knife present. The deputies who responded to the initial complaint said Miguel, Rolando and German Chub-Sub had attacked a male victim who was transported to a medical facility with stab wounds.
The victim's condition was not released.
All three were transported to the St. Mary Parish jail and booked on the charge of attempted second-degree murder. They remain incarcerated on $75,000 bonds each.
The incident remains under investigation, officials said.
