Belarusian PM extends anniversary greetings to MGIMO University

Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko conveyed his best wishes to the students and alumni of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) in an interview with the Rossiya 1 TV channel which was aired on 14 October.
