Meeting of Board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on October 16, 2024 to consider and approve the fund raising proposal. Company is exploring preferential allotment, warrants and other permissible mode or combination thereof in one or more tranches as decided in the board meeting subject to the approval of shareholders and regulatory authorities. The proceeds of the equity issue will be utilize for the repayment of debt.
