Justice chancellor: Competition Authority at fault in Elektrilevi case

The Competition Authority, which stretched the deadline for the approval of Elektrilevi's network fee to 554 days instead of the usual 90, did not follow good administrative practice, according to Estonian Chancellor of Justice Ülle Madise.
