Thursday Night Heroes - Week 7
Week 7 of the high school football season is the annual fall break edition. That means most games were played on Thursday and football fans were treated to some juicy match ups.
The unbeaten Owasso Rams put their record to the test as they traveled to Edmond Memorial. The Bulldogs entered the week sitting at 6-1 and their defense allowing just under 11 points a game.
Deer Creek put their undefeated record on the line as well as they traveled up the Turner Turnpike to square off with the always tough Jenks Trojans.
In 6A-II, Stillwater traveled to Choctaw. Each team is unbeaten in district play and each was looking to get a leg up for home field in the playoffs.
Plus, Moore played host to Norman in a battle of two squads off to impressive starts. The Tigers at 5-1 while the Lions boasted a 4-2 mark.
