I make a turmeric, ginger and carrot shot each day for energy...and an iced coffee helps a bit too because I friggin' love them. I exercise (lots), meditate and do yoga to lift my mood. I also get out in the sunshine whenever it appears and take a walk in the park a couple of times a week. It all works for a couple of hours or so but then mood drops again as I am not too well at present but I am doing absolutely everything I need to be doing so hopefully it will work much better for somebody not quite in the position I am in.
