Opening statements begin in Delphi trial for man accused of killing two teenage girls

Opening statements are set for Friday in the trial of Richard Allen, who is charged with the 2017 murders of 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German. Allen has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
