Inquiry into Salisbury poisonings set to repeat official “Russian assassins” narrative

Whatever Petrov and Boshirov’s purpose in Salisbury, the fact remains that the “assassination gone wrong” story is not plausible on the available evidence, and is in many places ludicrous.
