A terrorist attack at a tunnel-construction site on the Srinagar-Leh highway in Ganderbal district resulted in the deaths of a doctor and six labourers. Terrorists opened fire on the labourers' camp, killing seven and injuring several others. Security forces have begun a search operation to apprehend the attackers.
