Lulu Retail Holdings aims to raise up to 5.27 billion dirhams ($1.43 billion) in the UAE's largest IPO this year, offering a 25% stake through 2.582 billion shares at 1.94-2.04 dirhams each. The listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange is projected for Nov. 14.
