TEHRAN, Oct. 28 (MNA) – The death toll from catastrophic flooding and landslides triggered by tropical storm Trami that hit the Philippines has risen to 116, the Philippines' National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Monday.
